1. Conditions of Hire
The hire of all Futboltec HQ spaces is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By making a booking, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

2. Bookings
To enquire about a booking for Futboltec HQ Gregory Hills (GH) or Wetherill Park (WP), fill out the online Venue Booking form at www.futboltec.com.au/football-parties, under the “Enquire Now” tab. You, as the Hirer, must be 18 years or over.

2.1 When is a venue booking confirmed?
Once you have selected your chosen time and date via the relevant calendar for Futboltec HQ Gregory Hills (GH) or Wetherill Park (WP), full payment is taken at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email with all your Event/Training Hire information.

3. Hire Charges

Venue prices for Futboltec HQ Gregory Hills (GH) and Wetherill Park (WP) are displayed on www.futboltec.com.au/football-parties at the time of your booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3.1 When do you need to pay?
You are required to pay in full at the time of booking via the relevant calendar:

Futboltec HQ Wetherill Park (WP)
– Training Venue Hire – Futboltec HQ Wetherill Park
– Events/Football Parties – Private Venue Hire WP
Futboltec HQ Gregory Hills (GH)
– Training Venue Hire – Futboltec HQ Gregory Hills
– Events/Football Parties – Private Venue Hire GH

3.2 Hire fees and charges

Hire fees and charges may include, but are not limited to:

• Hire fees
• Damage to the venue/equipment
• Cleaning charges
• Cancellations/Refund Administration charges
• Cancellation Fees if you cancel your booking
• Staffing and Additional Costs

3.3 Bond Hold

All bookings made for Futboltec HQ Gregory Hills (GH) or Wetherill Park (WP) require a credit card at the time of booking. If you do not adhere to the venue T&Cs, a 50% charge of your final booking price will be deducted from the credit card used at the time of booking. These include, but are not limited to:

• Any outstanding amounts payable by you to Futboltec.
• Any amount claimed by Futboltec against the Bond because of your failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions. For example, additional cleaning charges due to your failure to pack down/remove decorations from the venue within bump-out times, costs to rectify any damage made to the venue and synthetic grass area, broken glass, costs to rectify damage or removal of equipment, etc.

3.4 Damage/Cleaning Fee

A $150 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card used at the time of booking for any bodily fluid spills in the venue that occur during your hire period.

4. What do you pay if you cancel your booking?
For all Events/ Football Parties/ Training Hire booking please see below cancellation terms below;

If you elect to cancel your booking 7 days prior to your hire date, you will be refunded your full deposit/full funds paid.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 3 days to the booking will result in a 50% retention of the total booking hire fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in a full retention of the total booking hire fee.

5. Supervision

For children under the age of 5, adult supervision is required at all times.

6. Terms for synthetic grass area

A cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from your credit card if you do not comply with the following:

• • Strictly NO glass used on any area of the synthetic grass.
  • Food must be cleaned/picked up off the synthetic grass area.
  • Any confetti must be cleared off the synthetic grass area.

7. Venue Cancellation Clause

The venue (Futboltec HQ WP and Futboltec HQ GH) reserves the right to cancel any event with a minimum of 7 days’ written notice.
