3 x 2 hour sessions (6 hours in total) held at Lilys football Centre in Seven Hills. Our Training camps are designed to bridge the gap between our term programs and offer players the opportunity to spend their days of school working on their game. Groups are split in age and then assessed early on the first day and adjusted based on player level making sure each player is always challenged. The coaches focus on technical exercises with finishing, possession and small sided games heavily incorporated in the sessions.
